Attention Patients! Clinic Updates

1. The Clinic will be closing early on Friday at 12:30 pm.

2. No night clinic on Tuesday December 22nd. The pharmacy will be open from 10 am to 4pm that day instead of 2 pm to 8 pm.

3. SLFMC will be closed on Wednesday December 23rd through December 25th.

4. The Clinic will also be closed on January 1st.

5. Please not wait until the day of or when you run completely out of meds before you call for prescriptions. They should be called in a week before at least. For Wellvista medications there are reminders on the bottle for when you need to call for refills.
