St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic is looking for a part-time Health Coach (10-15 hrs./wk). The Health Coach will work alongside St. Luke’s clinical team and is responsible for evaluating and improving patient health and wellness. This position's responsibilities include assessing patient health, coaching patients on how to improve their health, and developing healthy eating/living plans.
